This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion
  
• Verify scope of work with homeowners and crews
  
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
  
• Monitor job progress, safety, and quality
  
• Communicate updates with customers and internal teams
  
• Perform final walkthroughs and resolve punch list items
  
• Upload project updates and photos in AccuLynx

• 2+ years of construction experience
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
  
• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
  
• Lift up to 50 lbs
  
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
