Part-Time General Manager for Corporate Gym at Kinema Fitness – Northbrook, Illinois

Job Summary:
Kinema Fitness is a full-service, fitness center management company that specializes in premier, Class A office buildings, with a passion for creating incredible experiences, holistic wellness programs, leveraging state of the art technology, and driving results through performance.

We are seeking a Part-Time General Manager who has a strong background in fitness and customer service to oversee a corporate fitness center in Northbrook, IL. We expect this person to be able to multi-task, wear many different hats and represent Kinema at the highest levels.

Responsibilities will include:

• Payroll reporting
• Revenue management and budgeting
• Hiring and training of new employees
• Vendor management
• Program development and outreach
• Personal training
• Oversee our marketing initiatives
• Liaison between Kinema and our client
• Oversee the entire operations of the club - day to day, member engagement
• 20 hours on site - flexible schedule

Qualifications and Skills:

• Personal training certification (required)
• Fitness management experience
• CPR/AED certification

Pay: $45/hour - 20 hours per week

Additional commission for personal training and group fitness classes.
