POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales & Growth Representative is responsible for driving occupancy, home sales, and lead generation across an assigned portfolio of manufactured housing and RV communities. This role focuses heavily on grassroots marketing, local outreach, business partnerships, event coordination, and consistent follow-up to generate referrals and leads, and turn prospects into buyers.
This role will work closely with onsite Community Managers, Regional Managers, and Sales/Marketing to increase visibility in the local market, build relationships in surrounding communities, and generate qualified traffic to each community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive home sales and occupancy growth across assigned communities
• Build and manage local grassroots marketing plans for each market
• Identify and coordinate with local businesses, employers, realtors, chambers, schools, and community groups to create partnerships and referral opportunities
• Research and attend local events, fairs, housing expos, and other functions to promote the communities, create awareness, build knowledge and generate leads
• Help plan and execute open houses, onsite sales events, and local outreach efforts, which in turn promote resident relations and retention
• Track leads from inquiry to tour to application to close and provide regular updates on traffic, lead sources, conversion, outreach activity, and sales results to leadership
• Coach and motivate teams on prospect follow-up, urgency, sales process consistency, and creativity in generating opportunities, both on the ground and virtually
• Monitor available inventory and work with teams to make sure homes are market/show ready and being promoted properly
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Sales experience in manufactured housing, multifamily, RV, and related housing industries.
• Established Networking and Relationship-buildings capabilities.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Ability to demonstrate confidence and professionalism while representing the Company in daily field operations across local markets.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent Communication Skills
