As a commercial truck operator, you are expected to represent the company in a professional manner. This means:

1. Wear the uniform provided for identification purposes and uniformity with the other drivers.
2. Keep your CDL and driving record in compliance with DOT regulations.
3. Properly secure your load making sure the weight in within DOT limits.
4. Evaluate ground conditions on construction sites before proceeding to the location.
5. Always have PPE with you in the event it is needed. Safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hat and reflective vest.
6. All company vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking.
7. If you are involved in an accident, cooperate with law enforcement. Get pertinent information from the other party and notify the office.
8. Report any injuries or potential injuries to supervisor and HR immediately.
9. If you are operating a crane pr fork truck, you have to be certified on that equipment.
10. You will receive training working with experienced drivers/operators before working on your own.
11. Report any truck issues from the pre-trip inspection to the supervisor or mechanic.
12. When working in the plant follow work guidelines for the task to be performed.
13. Read our emergency action plan posted on information boards by the time clocks.
