This is an ideal role for an energetic sales professional looking to grow within a high-performance culture that values engagement, empowerment, and results.

Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Advisory & Deal Management: You will act as a trusted advisor to educational leaders, managing intricate deals by aligning decision-makers with the right products and funding sources to ensure successful closures.

  • Territory & Data Management: You will maintain precise data within Salesforce (SFDC) for effective territory management, providing accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to leadership.

  • Consultative Relationship Building: You will develop tailored account plans through deep research and relationship-building, fostering long-term customer satisfaction and high retention rates.

  • Performance Analysis: You will track and analyze sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals to contribute to organizational profitability.

  • Internal Collaboration & Market Insight: You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences while monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform your decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Experience & Education: You possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, specifically including a required background in Edtech sales.

  • Sales Expertise: You have a proven track record in consultative selling processes and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

  • Technical Proficiency: You demonstrate strong system skills for conducting online consultations and effectively presenting digital solutions to various audiences.

  • Industry Knowledge: You are passionate about the K–12 space; while not required, prior experience as a K–12 teacher is highly preferred to better understand the needs of educators.

  • Location & Presence: Candidates must be based out of Austin, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas, to manage the assigned regional territory effectively.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: An annual base salary range of $48,000 – $55,000 plus uncapped commissions based on performance.

  • Remote Flexibility: Enjoy a remote work model that allows you to manage your territory from your home base in designated Texas cities.

  • Learning & Development: Access to ongoing sales training and professional development programs to sharpen your consultative skills.

  • Impactful Mission: The opportunity to work for a global leader in learning technology that impacts 50 million students worldwide.

  • Inclusive Culture: Join an organization committed to equal opportunity and a work environment defined by respect, dignity, and diversity.

  • Comprehensive Perks: Access to a full suite of benefits designed to support your well-being and long-term career growth.
