In-Home CNA for Seniors: Flexible Hours: Mornings, Afternoons, & Evenings at Home Care Partners – Lincoln, Nebraska

Home Care Partners is hiring full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (16–29 hours/week) In-Home Caregivers / CNAs to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes across Lincoln, NE.

At a Glance - What You'll Do

• Offer companionship, conversation, and daily routine structure
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Keep accurate care notes and report concerns

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 19 years of age
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Empathy for others, strong reliability, and a professional demeanor

How Scheduling Works

• Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week
• Part-Time: 16–29 hours per week
• Must be available for at least 2 weekends per month
• Shifts available: mornings (8am–12pm), afternoons (12pm–5pm), evenings (5pm–9pm), and awake overnights (9pm–8am)
• Schedules are based on your availability—no PRN roles available
