This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-priority projects, providing executive-level visibility, structured oversight, and strategic guidance to support operational excellence. This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and multiple stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with organizational objectives, reduce variability, and enhance the delivery of services. You will manage reporting, dashboards, and project plans while facilitating decision-making through data-driven insights. - Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, status reports, and integrated project plans to provide real-time visibility into project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Facilitate communication between senior leadership and project teams, supporting transparent decision-making and accountability across initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Support continuous improvement of project management tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Prepare executive briefings, visual management boards, and other reporting materials to inform leadership of project performance and impact
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, including planning, execution, and closeout of large-scale initiatives
- 6+ years supporting large corporations or government agencies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong experience with organizational design, workforce transformation, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with federal financial management modernization and government policies, systems, and governance structures
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with a focus on executive-level reporting and decision support
