This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive net-new business growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting into target accounts to discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing deals. The position requires a disciplined approach to pipeline management, strong outbound prospecting skills, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively. Success in this role is measured by revenue achievement, quality of pipeline, and contribution to scalable sales processes. You will collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, territory strategies, and outbound execution. - Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to deal closure
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new opportunities across assigned accounts
- Prospect using email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound channels
- Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and evaluations with multiple stakeholders
- Communicate value propositions clearly to sales leaders, revenue teams, and executives
- Manage deal progression rigorously, including qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and next-step precision
- Partner with leadership to refine messaging, outbound strategy, and territory execution
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and ensure pipeline discipline
- Share market and customer feedback to improve product positioning and sales processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of closing net-new business and consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort generating your own pipeline
- Experience managing full-cycle sales motions, from discovery through close
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence selling to multiple stakeholders, including managers, directors, VPs, and executives
- High ownership, sense of urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity, resilience, and interest in modern sales technology
- Ability to navigate diverse markets and buying environments effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling sales tech, martech, RevTech, or other SaaS products
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong
- Experience selling into sales, growth, or revenue teams
- Startup or high-growth company experience
