As one of the largest Honda dealerships in the country we are looking for outstanding team members to join our CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER.

There has never been a more exciting time to begin a career – we just opened a new state-of-the-art building in downtown Los Angeles.

Pay Range: $17.87-$18.00

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and fun-loving people.
You will be the front line of the sales and service process – the first person that a potential client speaks with. A courteous and helpful first impression sets the stage for a seamless car buying and/or service and parts experience for our clients.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills are key, as well as a competitive and a friendly personality.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Utilizing a script, answering outbound and inbound calls, texts and emails with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Handle customer feedback with integrity and poise, involving additional individuals for a speedy resolution.
  • Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our customer database management system.
  • High moral and ethical standards at all times.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic and coachable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bilingual – English/Spanish.
  • Excellent phone/written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus.
