Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Confirmation Specialist to join our Call Center!
As a Call Center Confirmation Specialist for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you play a key role in managing our appointment schedule for in-home consultations across all markets. In this role you’ll be in-bound and outbound calling to confirm details of pre-scheduled visits for order accuracy and on-time schedule assurance.

Responsibilities
- Manage appointment calendars.
- Dispatch and communicate with field representatives.
- Data entry using multiple platforms.
- Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads.
Qualifications
- Call Center experience required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Demeanor.
- High School diploma or educational equivalent preferred.
- Comfortable navigating multiple applications and platforms.
- Data entry experience 2+ years.
