Mission Yogurt is seeking a part-time Sushi Cook at our restaurant, TAPS Fish House & Brewery, in the John Wayne Airport!

Job-Specific Duties:

• Prepare food according to Mission’s set standards;
• Aid fellow kitchen staff in the preparation of food items;
• Set up allocated stations as instructed by the Kitchen Manager;
• Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in food preparation, food handling , sanitization and safety standards;
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability;
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers!
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
