We are seeking a motivated Fall Co‑Op to join our Cincinnati team. The ideal candidate is a current student in a technical or business discipline who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute in an on‑site environment. You will support ongoing projects, assist with operational or technical tasks depending on your background, and gain exposure to real‑world business processes and tools.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in day‑to‑day project work for technical, business, or operations teams
• Conduct research, data analysis, and documentation to support internal initiatives
• Help maintain team documentation, dashboards, or reporting tools
• Support testing, troubleshooting, or process improvements depending on area of study
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on ongoing projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to solve problems and deliver tasks on schedule
• Contribute to a positive, engaged on‑site team environment

Students pursuing degrees in:

• Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or similar technical fields
• Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or related business programs

• Current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
• Ability to work on‑site at the Naviam Cincinnati office throughout the co‑op term
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new concepts quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

• Familiarity with technical tools (SQL, Excel advanced functions, data visualization, or scripting) for technical-track candidates
• Experience with business analysis, project coordination, or customer‑facing tools for business-track candidates
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Previous internship or team‑based work experience (academic or professional)
