Overview

AvaDent is redefining digital dentistry and full-arch prosthetics. We are seeking a Clinical Success Manager – Digital Enablement to partner with customers and drive adoption, clinical success, and long-term growth across an assigned region.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the primary clinical partner for dentists, prosthodontists, and labs

· Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of digital denture workflows

· Provide clinical guidance on treatment planning, scanning, and prosthetic design

· Support customers chairside, remotely, and virtually

· Drive customer success, satisfaction, and retention

· Resolve cases including remakes and clinical escalations

· Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements

Activity Expectations

· Consistent outbound engagement with assigned customers

· Weekly proactive calls and workflow assessments

· Ongoing tracking of customer experience and adoption

What You Bring

· Strong clinical background in dentures, prosthodontics, or implant dentistry

· Experience with digital workflows (IOS, CAD/CAM preferred)

· Ability to train and build relationships

· Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills

· Willingness to travel within region
