  • Collaborate with a large, loyal OD referral network
  • Help drive continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program

Why This Role Is Different

  • Day-One Surgical Volume: Established glaucoma caseload with immediate OR access
  • Proven Referral Engine: Deep-rooted co-management network driving consistent growth
  • Efficiency = Higher Earnings: Optimized clinic flow, strong tech support, and modern infrastructure
  • Collegial, Physician-Led Culture: Work with subspecialists who value collaboration, not competition
  • True Work-Life Balance: Flexibility without sacrificing income or case volume
  • Path to Leadership: Opportunities to shape the glaucoma service line and mentor others
Requirements:
  • Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
  • Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
  • Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Generous PTO + paid holidays
  • Full benefits package designed to support you and your family

This is a rare opportunity to step into a mature, high-producing glaucoma practice in a highly desirable market, without the risk or ramp-up.

If you want immediate impact, surgical volume, and top-tier compensation in a collaborative setting, we should talk.
