This role is central to driving marketing effectiveness through data, insights, and performance optimization across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights that improve campaign outcomes and support strategic decision-making. The position acts as a key bridge between marketing, revenue, and analytics teams, ensuring alignment on KPIs, attribution, and funnel performance. You will work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales operations to evaluate what drives growth and where improvements can be made. The environment is highly data-driven and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and continuous optimization. - Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing performance dashboards tracking KPIs across campaigns, channels, and full-funnel activity.
- Design and refine attribution models that connect marketing activities to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
- Deliver regular performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Analyze campaign performance across paid media, SEO, email, and content channels to identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates, ROI, and customer journey effectiveness through data insights.
- Monitor funnel performance and customer journeys using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms through governance and integration support.
- Support go-to-market initiatives with baseline metrics, performance tracking, and post-launch analysis.
- Contribute to executive and board-level reporting with clear, data-driven storytelling.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS or e-commerce environments.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot as a power user, with working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL or experience working with marketing data sets is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling business narratives.
- Proven experience collaborating across marketing, sales, product, and revenue teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems such as Amazon and Walmart marketplaces is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through data.
