Seasonal Technicians Assistant at Coversafe Inc – Kenosha, Wisconsin

A Technician Assistant is responsible for assisting other technicians and area leaders with the maintenance and installation of automatic pool covers. They are expected to be punctual, reliable, willing to learn, maintain a positive attitude, keep up with our fast paced environment, and be dedicated to the goals of our company.

• Ensure trucks, warehouse and work areas are kept clean and organized
• Appropriately tie down extrusions to vehicle racks
• Load vehicle with tools and equipment needed for scheduled jobs
• Carry tools and materials from vehicle to jobsite
• Learn/perform/assist all steps of a Basic System Maintenance and Box cleaning
• Learn/install Underguide track on pools with or without water in under 3 hours
• Change ropes on cover systems with detachable rope sliders and wire-on sliders
• Change sliders on all systems
• Utilize service app and accurately record job information in a timely manner

• Basic knowledge and use of tools
• Ability to follow direction of a Technician
• Willingness to learn
• A valid Driver's License and a good standing driving history
• Must be able and willing to work 10+ hour days, Monday through Friday
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
