This role is focused on driving growth within an established customer base by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions that address complex business needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them optimize communications, cloud, and network services while improving security, efficiency, and scalability. The environment is fast-paced, consultative, and highly collaborative, requiring strong commercial instincts and technical awareness. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, shaping solutions that deliver measurable business value. - Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing enterprise accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across a broad technology solutions portfolio.
- Prospect and generate new revenue opportunities within assigned accounts through outreach, relationship building, and consultative engagement with decision-makers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and designing tailored solutions that improve efficiency, security, and performance.
- Respond to RFPs, develop business cases, and lead contract negotiations through to close.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, delivery, and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution from sale to deployment.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and customer records using CRM tools while continuously improving sales processes and efficiency.
This role requires a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, with proven success managing complex accounts and driving revenue growth. You should be comfortable engaging senior executives, identifying business needs, and positioning technology solutions in a consultative way. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a disciplined and results-oriented mindset.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or enterprise solutions
- Experience selling UCaaS and CCaaS solutions is required
- Exposure to Microsoft or broader IT solutions is highly desirable
- Strong ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Proven “hunter” mentality with a focus on new revenue generation and expansion
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and competitive landscapes
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
