This role is a senior-level product leadership position focused on driving the strategy, development, and delivery of complex data-driven technology solutions across enterprise platforms. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle execution, from ideation and roadmap definition to delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement. Acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and operations, you will translate strategic objectives into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. - Define and lead the technology product strategy and roadmap for data-driven platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise business goals and modernization initiatives.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, release, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical product specifications, ensuring alignment between engineering execution and strategic outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, managing backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution through tools such as Jira.
- Ensure quality, security, and performance standards are met through effective QA practices and adherence to SDLC principles.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead release and change management processes, ensuring smooth deployment and operational readiness across environments.
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Provide executive-level reporting and communication on roadmap progress, delivery outcomes, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to support technology delivery and platform enhancements.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern practices such as Agile, DevOps, and automation.
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, software delivery, or working with engineering and external technology partners.
- Strong background in data platforms, data structures, orchestration, governance, and enterprise data systems.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), API-based architectures, and system integration concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and strong proficiency in Jira for delivery management.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Jira, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Domo) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and product requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI, DevOps, and automation tools is a strong plus.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, SRE, IaaS, and disaster recovery concepts is highly valued.
