Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will translate business needs into actionable plans while maintaining alignment with contractual commitments and timelines. Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end client implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, contractual obligations, and client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, building strong relationships through proactive communication and consultative support
  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sale and post-sale phases to support solution planning, requirements gathering, and readiness
  • Translate client needs into structured documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and implementation deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, QA, and operations) to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes, driving issue resolution and escalating when necessary
  • Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting using internal systems and tools
  • Prepare executive summaries, status updates, and process documentation to support transparency and stakeholder alignment
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, onboarding, or client-facing delivery roles
  • Proven track record of leading complex, client-facing implementations in a matrixed environment
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, execution plans, and deliverables
  • Experience creating project plans, reports, and process documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM or project tracking tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and drive outcomes in dynamic environments
  • PMP certification or experience in automotive, data, or financial services environments is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client or team engagements
