This is a senior individual contributor role at the intersection of design, engineering, and product strategy, focused on shaping the future of AI-powered enterprise experiences. You will help define how complex, data-rich workflows are translated into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences used by global organizations. Operating in an AI-native product environment, you will influence how intelligent systems are embedded into real decision-making workflows. The role blends deep technical execution with strategic design leadership, requiring both hands-on building and cross-functional influence. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that user needs, business goals, and technical constraints are aligned. This is a highly impactful position where design quality directly shapes product differentiation and customer value at scale.

In this role, you will lead the design and technical execution of high-impact product initiatives, translating complex AI-driven capabilities into production-ready experiences. You will define scalable interaction models, advance design systems, and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across teams. Acting as a senior design authority, you will guide decisions that shape both product architecture and user experience.

• Design and build high-fidelity, coded prototypes that bring AI-powered workflows to life
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact product initiatives from concept to production
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural and interaction decisions
• Advance and scale design systems to ensure consistency and accelerate product development
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective solutions
• Advocate for design quality throughout the development lifecycle to ensure fidelity in execution
• Mentor designers and engineers while elevating craft standards across the team
• Act as a cross-functional connector aligning design, product, and engineering priorities

You bring deep experience in product design and/or front-end engineering, with strong technical fluency and a track record of building production-level experiences. You are comfortable operating in complex, data-heavy environments and have experience shaping AI-driven or highly interactive products. You combine strong systems thinking with hands-on execution and strong collaboration skills.

• 12+ years of experience in product design, UX engineering, design systems, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, computer science, HCI, psychology, or related discipline
• Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar)
• Experience building AI-powered or agentic product experiences
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies applied to design and development workflows
• Proven experience shipping production-ready products and influencing technical decisions
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and end-to-end product workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Leadership experience in mentoring, feedback, and cross-functional alignment
