What We Offer:
- Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Based on experience and client needs)
- Hours: Whether you want a 5-hour side hustle or a 40-hour career, We will work with your schedule. Full Time/Part Time
- Shifts: Varies by client (Weekdays, Weekends, Days, and Evenings available).

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Deliver compassionate assistance with hygiene, grooming, and dressing, prioritizing the client's comfort and personal dignity.
- Mobility & Safety: Facilitate safe transfers and movement while proactively implementing fall-prevention strategies to maintain a secure environment.
- Companionship: Foster a positive atmosphere through empathetic engagement, active listening, and meaningful social interaction.
- Daily Living Assistance: Manage light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and general organization, etc. to ensure a tidy living space.
- Nutrition & Transportation: Prepare balanced, nutritious meals and provide dependable transport for medical appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Health Monitoring: Vigilantly observe physical and cognitive well-being & provide updates to Management and or Family.
Qualifications
We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and genuinely committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, good judgment, a positive attitude, and a real desire to help others.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Kind, patient, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to follow written care plans and verbal instructions accurately
- Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support
- Strong communication skills — able to interact professionally with clients, families, and office staff
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is your character, your work ethic, and your willingness to learn
