Remote / Hybrid Plumbing Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative
Tampa, FL (In-Office + Work From Home Flexibility)
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$18–$25/hour (based on experience & performance)

What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day

  • Adjust appointments in real-time to keep operations running smoothly

  • Communicate with technicians, customers, and management clearly and effectively

  • Track jobs, audit bookings, and maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan & Schedule Engine

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize booking opportunities

  • Check all lead avenues daily (calls, online inquiries, and booking platforms) to ensure no opportunities are missed

Daily Responsibilities
  • Monitor Schedule Engine dashboards and review call activity

  • Ensure all eligible calls are properly booked (and recover missed opportunities)

  • Follow up on overnight, after-hours, and incomplete calls

  • Manage multiple systems at once while maintaining accuracy

  • Coordinate technician schedules based on job progress and availability

  • Handle emergency calls with urgency and professionalism

  • Keep customers informed and confident during any schedule changes

What We’re Looking For
  • Dispatching and/or customer service experience (home service industry is a plus)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems

  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset

  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus (not required)

Schedule & Flexibility
  • Primary schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be available for those seeking extra hours or expanded schedules
