  • Monitor performance outcomes, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
  • Ensure patient-centered delivery outcomes while optimizing operational efficiency and solution utilization
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in healthcare operations, enterprise program execution, and client-facing leadership within complex environments. You should be comfortable working across clinical, technical, and business stakeholders:

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, or professional services leadership in complex environments
  • Strong background in oncology operations or healthcare delivery systems (e.g., radiation oncology, medical oncology, or similar)
  • Experience leading large-scale implementations, transformation programs, or enterprise solution deployments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and healthcare financial structures
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Proficiency with enterprise tools such as CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration or business preferred
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging approximately from $128,490 to $176,671, depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives and bonus programs
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer support
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday benefits
  • Life, disability, and additional insurance coverage options
  • Remote flexibility with significant travel opportunities (50–75%)
