- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale, complex, and interdependent product enablement projects
- Define project scope, resources, timelines, and responsibilities while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex risks, dependencies, and execution challenges before they impact delivery
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, including compliance and governance frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and quality review support to junior project managers and contributors
- Delegate work effectively to optimize delivery efficiency and team performance
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and execution frameworks
- Support stakeholder communication, reporting, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or product-related delivery roles
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and execution frameworks
- Ability to translate complex business and technical challenges into actionable delivery plans
- Experience working in cross-functional, global, or matrixed environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Experience in go-to-market (GTM) or product enablement contexts is a plus
- Advanced education or equivalent professional experience in a senior-level capacity
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $125,000 – $145,000 USD
- Expected on-target earnings between $140,000 – $165,000 USD
