Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner with business leaders, engineering, product, and IT teams to optimize processes and improve data accessibility. You will play a key role in evolving analytics from descriptive reporting to proactive insight generation that identifies growth and efficiency opportunities. This position requires both technical depth and strong storytelling skills to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. You will also contribute to building a strong data culture by mentoring junior analysts and promoting best practices. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, data modeling, and visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and support strategic business decisions.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain data models ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sources
• Create and automate dashboards and reports using modern BI tools, primarily Looker
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into data-driven solutions
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to solve business problems
• Work with IT and engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data quality
• Evolve reporting from descriptive analytics toward predictive and proactive insights
• Mentor junior analysts and promote a strong data-driven culture across the organization
• Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics
• Quickly adapt to new datasets and deliver insights under tight timelines

This position requires strong analytical expertise, advanced technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Experience in healthcare data is highly valuable.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization principles
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and automation
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience working with healthcare claims data is highly preferred
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
