- Build, structure, and maintain segmented pipelines of high-quality sales talent across key roles such as Enterprise Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Directors, ensuring long-term readiness for hiring demand.
- Conduct proactive market mapping and sourcing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, events, and industry networks, to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates.
- Lead relationship-driven engagement strategies, maintaining long-term candidate communication, understanding career motivations, and nurturing talent over extended timelines.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth handoffs, aligned role definitions, and continuous improvement of sourcing strategies based on hiring feedback.
- Own CRM hygiene, candidate segmentation, and pipeline analytics to ensure accurate tracking, actionable insights, and data-driven sourcing decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating messaging frameworks, outreach campaigns, and content that enhances visibility within the sales talent market.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or a sales background with proven talent-spotting and networking ability.
- Strong experience building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships and managing structured pipelines rather than transactional hiring processes.
- Proficiency with CRM and ATS tools, with the ability to manage clean, segmented, and insight-driven candidate data.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales roles and the ability to identify high-performing commercial talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
- A marketer’s mindset combined with a recruiter’s execution ability, supported by curiosity around AI, automation, and sourcing innovation.
