We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the restaurant. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the General Manager to plan and execute business strategies.
Building and nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
Delegating daily tasks and supervising staff to ensure duties are performed efficiently.
Addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Monitoring team performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Handling cash management responsibilities, including opening and closing registers and
preparing cash deposits.
Assisting with customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age to manage alcohol service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and good observation skills.
Ability to deliver constructive criticism and provide coaching to staff.
Computer literate with basic math skills.
Ability to identify weaknesses and implement strategies for improvement.
