Job Overview

AllStar Garage Door, Inc. is expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Garage Door Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time field-based position servicing residential and commercial overhead door systems throughout Southern California. In this role, you'll perform service, repair, and sales functions while providing top-notch customer service and representing the AllStar brand with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities
Travel to 2-6 service calls daily across assigned zip codes in a company-provided service van
Diagnose and complete service, repairs, or replacements of residential and commercial garage doors
Perform product inspections and advise customers on safe, cost-effective solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service on every job site
Maintain organized, clean service vehicle and inventory
Accurately complete job paperwork and submit daily
Follow AllStar Garage Door, Inc. schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards
Read and interpret job orders for complete and accurate project execution
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or completion of Trade School
Minimum 2 years of experience in overhead garage door installation and service
Strong mechanical background; welding and/or electrical knowledge is a plus
Proven ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods
Must pass a background check in compliance with applicable laws

Benefits
Hourly wage: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
Sales commissions in addition to base pay

Schedule
Full-time
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime opportunities available

Location
Field-based role servicing Southern California, with a focus on local zip codes
Travel required to customer locations within the region
