Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tile and grout installation, removal, and repair per job scope.
  • Complete physical labor including lifting, driving, and tool use.
  • Track daily/weekly job progress using Salesforce app.
  • Travel to job sites with pre-scheduled hotel accommodations and meal reimbursement.
  • Read and interpret work orders and complete assigned scope accurately.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team; work independently or in a crew.
  • Handle site logistics including driving routes, weather planning, and timing.
  • Maintain clean and organized tools; all tools are company-provided.
  • Execute final site clean-up post-project.
  • Occasionally perform site proposals when traveling through job regions.
  • Install alternate flooring materials as needed (LVT, carpet, etc.).

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred, but not required-paid training provided.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility; excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer/smartphone proficiency (uploading photos, logging tasks).
  • Physically able to lift heavy materials and work long shifts.
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.
  • Valid driver's license required; clean driving record preferred.
