KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications:

• Three to six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside of regular hours based on business needs.

Our newly renovated, all-suite hotel in Dublin, Ohio is located via Interstate 270 north of Columbus, OH. All suites feature microwaves and refrigerators for your convenience plus 55-inch HDTVs with over 45 channels. Guests can wake up each morning to a free made-to-order breakfast and unwind at our Evening Reception with drinks and snacks.
