We are currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Operations Manager.

Position Summary: Support the Club Manager and gym operations through administrative activities and team support. Help build a culture where we can all learn more, dream more and be more. Work under strict supervision of the Gym Manager.

  • Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
  • Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make decisions.
  • Assist in the interviewing and hiring of talented team members weekly
  • Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to our club members.
  • Ensure the club meets all standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Customer service - responds promptly to team member's needs, member requests for service and assistance, and anticipates the needs of the studio, teammates and members
  • High energy with a successful ability to motivate people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to address/respond in a clear, concise, and respectful manner
  • Independent thinker – ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
  • Effective decision making – ability to evaluate the possible outcomes and consequences of a decision.
  • Team player with a high interest to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Must possess honesty, integrity, and accountability
