More Floods acts as your company’s strategic advisor to help you boost profits and dominate your market without franchising, TPA programs or expensive leads to buy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the company to include Accounts Receivable/Collections, Accounts Payable, Account reconciliations and Invoicing
- Coordinate and communicate with team members, vendors, and members
- Perform data entry/management for information management systems including inputting contacts, meeting notes, follow-up actions and reports
- Maintain database information and spreadsheet files
- Manage shared calendars
- Event logistics – book accommodations for training and networking events, confirm attendance, prepare materials
- Prepare new member contracts and manage member files
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for the office
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience office management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excel experience required.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance
- Highly effective communicator, written and verbal, with a track record of establishing respectful relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to execute in a hands-on fashion to meet consistent timelines and provide visibility into financial performance.
- Dynamic personality, energy, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
