Dining Servers at Edens Care – Mableton, Georgia

Key Responsibilities: Greet residents warmly and assist with seating as needed. Take meal orders and serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner. Ensure residents receive the correct meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area before, during, and after meal service. Assist with clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas. Engage with residents in a respectful and friendly manner to enhance their dining experience. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment. Work collaboratively with kitchen and caregiving staff to ensure smooth meal service. Adhere to community policies and procedures, including infection control and safety regulations.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dining service, hospitality, or restaurant setting (experience in senior living or healthcare preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Team player with a compassionate and respectful approach to serving seniors.
