We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive team performance at our Crumbl Cookies location. The Store Manager is responsible for building and developing a strong team, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and consistency

• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members and shift leaders

• Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, and store cleanliness

• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and food cost controls

• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to meet sales and operational goals

• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and customer service

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local health regulations

• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and staff development

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
