The Senior Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator) provides high-level project coordination and administrative oversight to support NICoE clinical administrative operations. This role ensures task execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking aligned with mission objectives.

• Coordinate and monitor clinical administrative projects and initiatives.
  
• Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across multiple functional areas.
  
• Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications.
  
• Support integration of clinical operations services.
  
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and status updates.
  
• Assist with business process improvement and workflow optimization.
  
• Support records and information management activities.
  
• Provide transition planning support (transition-in/transition-out).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  
• 7+ years of project coordination or program support experience.
  
• Experience in healthcare or federal environments preferred.
  
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
