What You Will Do
· Perform manual QA testing across business applications
· Review business requirements and work with project owners to clarify expectations and outcomes
· Translate vague or high-level requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios
· Anticipate edge cases, potential issues, and areas of risk based on requirements and user behavior
· Communicate findings clearly, concisely, and professionally in both written and verbal form
· Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify issues, reproduce defects, and confirm resolutions
· Break down complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language for business users
· Assist with developing and updating QA documentation, user guides, and test plans
Requirements:Qualifications
· Demonstrated strength in critical thinking, communication, and problem solving
· Ability to ask thoughtful questions, clarify uncertainty, and identify gaps in requirements
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise
· Experience with manual testing in software environments is preferred
· Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders
· Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
