Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic Welcoming Team. You will play a vital role in handling new business leads for personal lines, including home, flood, auto, and boat.

This provides the opportunity to match clients with the best coverage options while maximizing your earning potential.

Responsibilities:

· Proactively manage and convert inbound leads into new policies.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify coverage needs.

· Present and explain insurance policy options to potential clients.

· Effectively cross-sell insurance products to maximize client protection.

· Maintain a high level of product knowledge across multiple carriers.

· Utilize proficient computer skills to manage client accounts and documentation.

Qualifications:

· Active Licensed Insurance Advisor (4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 licenses acceptable)

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Strong verbal and written communication abilities

· Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

· Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues

Pay Range: $60k-$90k + commissions / bonuses.
