  • Screen and trade fixed income products.
  • Raise funds for distributions and contributions while managing the liquidity needs of diverse portfolios.
  • Connect with advisors and clients to obtain trade approvals (with appropriate licensure) to provide excellent customer service and clarity.

Support the Investment Committee & Strategy

  • Follow Investment Committee guidance.
  • Recommend and monitor investment options specifically for retirement plans.
  • Generate high-quality proposals and "what-if" hypotheticals to help clients visualize their financial future.

Maintain Data Integrity & Report Generation

  • Update and generate meeting and trading files and reports.
  • Leverage databases to maintain and retrieve accurate account information.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality documentation and controls across all operational workflows and systems.

What’s in it for you?

We provide a total rewards package focused on your health, family, and financial security. Finally, we invest in your future through a 401(k) plan and a robust Employee Assistance Program for professional support.

Compensation: The anticipated wage for this position is $23-$35 per hour, based on your level of experience and technical expertise.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification/experience) in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0+ years in the financial industry; we value a solid understanding of investments and financial planning strategies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Precision: Exceptional attention to detail; you are someone who catches the small things before they become big things.
  • Soft Skills: You are a self-starter, a problem solver, and a team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
