Luther Oaks is hiring an Environmental Services Floor Technician to support daily floor care and environmental services operations in our senior living community. This is a full-time, day-shift role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining floors
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Support overall environmental services operations as needed
• Contribute to resident comfort and well-being through high standards of cleanliness

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of floor care equipment, including stripping and waxing floors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience
