This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Ai Automation Specialist/Engineer in Italy.

This role is focused on building intelligent automation systems that transform how legal support operations manage lead generation, data processing, and client acquisition workflows. You will design and deploy AI-driven solutions that extract, structure, and enrich data from multiple sources and integrate it into CRM and outreach systems. The position requires a strong technical mindset, combining automation engineering, data handling, and system integration skills. You will play a key role in improving efficiency across the entire lead lifecycle, from data ingestion to client engagement. Working closely with leadership, you will identify high-impact automation opportunities and turn them into scalable production-ready systems. This is a fully remote, highly technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex data and workflow challenges with modern AI tools.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered automation workflows to optimize lead generation and client acquisition processes.
  • Develop systems to extract, process, and structure data from multiple online and internal sources.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that convert raw inputs into CRM-ready, actionable insights.
  • Implement data cleaning processes including deduplication, enrichment, normalization, and prioritization of leads.
  • Integrate automation systems with CRM platforms to ensure seamless data synchronization and pipeline visibility.
  • Develop and maintain web scraping solutions, including handling rate limits, sessions, and platform-specific behaviors.
  • Build document processing pipelines, including OCR for scanned documents and structured extraction from digital files.
  • Automate outreach and follow-up workflows, including sequencing and engagement logic.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and reliability of deployed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and building AI automation workflows end-to-end.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in web scraping, including handling rate limiting, session management, and dynamic platforms.
  • Experience with OCR tools and document parsing, including both scanned and digital PDF extraction.
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, data transformation, and structured data processing.
  • Experience integrating automation systems with CRM platforms and managing data flows.
  • Ability to implement data deduplication, enrichment, fuzzy matching, or entity resolution logic.
  • Strong programming skills and familiarity with automation frameworks and AI agent tools.
  • Ability to work independently and translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to accuracy and system performance.
  • Nice to have: experience in legal tech, regulated data environments, or outreach automation systems.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with sequencing tools and CRM-driven sales pipelines.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote role with flexible working arrangements.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation systems.
  • High-impact position with direct collaboration with company leadership.
  • Exposure to advanced workflows in data engineering, automation, and AI integration.
  • Opportunity to build scalable systems used across the client acquisition lifecycle.
  • Fast-paced environment focused on innovation and technical ownership.
  • Strong autonomy with the ability to shape automation strategy and architecture.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
