This senior commercial leadership role is focused on driving enterprise growth across North America through high-value strategic partnerships and complex sales cycles. The position targets large global organizations, including Fortune 500-scale companies, with a strong emphasis on API-driven financial and payments solutions. The role requires a seasoned enterprise seller capable of leveraging an established executive network to generate and close transformative deals. It combines strategic account development, solution selling, and end-to-end ownership of sophisticated global negotiations. You will play a foundational role in shaping go-to-market execution and best practices for enterprise expansion in the region. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer outcomes. This is a highly visible role with significant revenue responsibility and strong performance-based upside.
- Drive acquisition of new enterprise customers across North America by leveraging an established executive network and industry relationships
- Own and manage complex, long-cycle global sales processes from prospecting through negotiation and closure, including both new logos and account expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, use cases, and target accounts through structured research and strategic collaboration with enablement teams
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable pipeline while contributing to the development of scalable enterprise sales practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, finance, strategy, and product teams to structure and close commercial agreements
- Deliver accurate reporting on KPIs, revenue targets, and pipeline performance to ensure consistent execution against goals
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and high-quality experience for new enterprise clients
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise-level clients
- Proven network of senior decision-makers in payments or financial technology within Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations
- Strong experience selling API-based or highly technical, integrated solutions in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative solution-selling skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured and disciplined approach to sales execution
- Preferred: prior experience in fintech or fast-paced financial technology environments
- Preferred: technical curiosity and ability to understand complex product integrations
