Marketing and Communications Director (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager - REMOTE. In this strategic role, you will serve as the primary marketing partner, driving key communications efforts that translate business priorities into impactful marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on engaging providers and leadership effectively while navigating a fast-paced healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring all messaging is clear and resonates within our network. As a collaborative team member, your efforts will strengthen connections and elevate the overall impact of our communications.
Accountabilities
  • Serve as the main marketing and communications contact.
  • Manage annual updates to the provider manual, ensuring accuracy.
  • Draft and manage critical communications for our network.
  • Create content for the CCS e-newsletter in collaboration with designers.
  • Lead the annual CCS Year in Review project.
  • Provide executive-level presentation support with high-quality materials.
  • Analyze and report on project metrics and performance summaries.
  • Ensure website content remains current and aligned with business priorities.
  • Support annual conference marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate video shoots and other business-related communications.
  • Collaborate across teams for timely project execution.
Requirements
  • 68 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and business acumen.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Experience with web-based CMS platforms and email campaign systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
