This role sits at the intersection of strategy execution, go-to-market design, and operational scaling within a high-growth fintech environment. You will play a key role in translating strategic vision into measurable business outcomes by building and optimizing the systems that drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth. The position blends analytical rigor with hands-on execution, requiring both strategic thinking and operational ownership. You will work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, including finance leaders and strategic partners, to design scalable distribution channels. The role also involves shaping partnership ecosystems, refining commercial models, and improving end-to-end customer journeys. Operating in a fast-moving, data-driven environment, you will help transform early traction into repeatable, scalable growth. This is a high-impact position where strategy, operations, and partnerships converge.
- Define and execute the end-to-end partnerships strategy across key ecosystems including accounting firms, VC/PE networks, fintech platforms, and existing customer channels
- Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships from initial engagement through execution and ongoing performance optimization
- Build scalable, data-driven go-to-market and partnership playbooks including ICP definition, onboarding processes, incentives, and performance tracking
- Design and implement operational systems that support customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and long-term retention at scale
- Own customer onboarding workflows, working directly with senior finance stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and faster time-to-value
- Translate customer and partner feedback into structured insights and product requirements for engineering and product teams
- Establish metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational cadences to track performance and continuously improve growth efficiency
- Support the development and scaling of the partnerships and operations function as the organization grows
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, go-to-market, consulting, or business development in high-growth environments such as fintech, SaaS, or technology companies
- Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market experiments, including pricing, market sizing, and competitive analysis
- Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, finance leaders, or VC/PE partners in complex, high-stakes discussions
- Ability to work confidently with technical products and data-driven environments, translating between business and technical teams
- Strong execution mindset with a track record of driving rapid experimentation and delivering measurable business impact
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred: experience in top-tier consulting (MBB) or strategic roles in leading fintech/tech companies
- Preferred: hands-on experience building partnership channels from early stage to scalable revenue engine
- Preferred: familiarity with AI, data platforms, or financial infrastructure products and their business applications
