This role is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping how growth performance is measured, analyzed, and optimized across multiple high-impact marketing channels. You will define the analytics and experimentation strategy that guides multi-million-dollar marketing investments, ensuring every decision is grounded in data, incrementality, and business impact. Acting as a key partner to Growth, Product, Finance, and Data Science teams, you will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue and customer acquisition efficiency. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply data-driven, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on analytical depth. You will also play a critical role in advancing experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities. - Own the end-to-end measurement strategy for growth marketing, including attribution, incrementality testing, and performance evaluation across channels.
- Design and lead experimentation frameworks such as A/B tests and lift studies to measure true marketing impact and ROI.
- Drive budget allocation and optimization decisions using marginal return analysis and scenario modeling.
- Lead performance analytics across key channels including paid search, social, SEO, affiliate, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop scalable attribution and measurement frameworks that balance analytical rigor with operational usability.
- Build dashboards, reporting systems, and data visualizations that surface key KPIs and business insights.
- Identify growth opportunities through deep analysis of cohorts, campaigns, and customer behavior.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on metrics, connect marketing spend to LTV outcomes, and support strategic planning.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, compelling, and business-oriented narratives.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data science in digital or SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in marketing measurement methodologies including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
- Proven experience designing and interpreting large-scale A/B and lift experiments.
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases and support data-driven investment decisions.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard development.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in performance marketing environments with scaled paid media channels is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools and modern data infrastructure is a plus.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or MBA is preferred.
