  • Training stakeholders on how to access, run, and interpret standard TA and workforce reports.
  • Serving as a subject-matter expert on talent acquisition data analytics and the connection between data, performance, and outcomes.

This role might be for you if:

  • You enjoy working with data and turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • You are detail oriented and value data accuracy and consistency.
  • You are comfortable working across multiple reporting systems, tools, and dashboards.
  • You enjoy collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics teams.
  • You can confidently communicate data insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have demonstrated experience capturing, analyzing, and interpreting data through data analytics. You should also have strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables) and experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, CRM, or similar data platforms. Strong planning, problem‑solving, communication, and time management skills are required. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in data analytics, data science or a related business program.
