Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives across campaigns, content development, events, and sales enablement. This position collaborates closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to strengthen brand awareness, support campaign and leaden efforts, and ensure all marketing efforts align with strategic objectives.

This is a hands-on role suited for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities and translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator assumes ownership of assigned deliverables and contributes directly to measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Execution

Coordinate and assist with execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital, social, and industry initiatives Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely execution Proactively identify potential risks or delays and communicate mitigation plans or escalation needs as appropriate Support product launches and promotional initiatives in alignment with established timelines and business objectives

Content & Communications

Develop and edit marketing content, including emails, case studies, brochures, website copy, and social media posts Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communications Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality through thorough review and cross-functional collaboration

Sales Enablement

Create, update, and maintain sales collateral such as one-pagers, presentations, and product sheets Work with marketing leadership/team and sales team to understand customer needs and identify gaps in existing materials and proactive ways to strengthen customer relationshipsEnsure all materials remain accurate, relevant, and easily accessible Support the organization and oversight of a centralized marketing and sales asset library (photos, company videos, event, training videos – YouTube channel, etc.)

Digital Marketing Support

Assist with website updates, landing pages, and SEO initiatives, if needed.Assist with execution of email campaigns, including build, scheduling, quality control, and performance reporting Own the marketing project tracker and weekly status updates for assigned initiatives. Develop and support social media editorial calendar development, posting, and performance tracking, with a focus on LinkedIn Monitor digital channels and proactively resolve issues or inconsistencies

Events & Trade Shows

Coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events, including booth materials, shipping, and registrations Ensure events are executed professionally and in alignment with brand standards Support pre- and post-event marketing activities, including timely lead follow-up Assist in tracking event performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Data & Reporting

Assist with tracking campaign performance and key marketing metrics, including leads, engagement, and conversions Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within CRM and marketing systemsGenerate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making Participate in performance reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Accountability & Performance Expectations

Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with expectations Proactively communicate progress, updates, and potential challenges in a clear, timely, and professional manner Participate in weekly marketing operations meetings and provide written status updates on assigned projectsOwn the content calendar execution for assigned channels (posting cadence, QA, deadlines).Contribute to team and organizational goals through high-quality execution and measurable results Demonstrate accountability through consistent follow-through and effective cross-functional collaboration Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness Engage in continuous learning and apply feedback to enhance performance On-Time delivery rate for assigned deliverablesAccuracy/rework rate for published materialsConsistency of posting/email execution against calendar.

Qualifications

4-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms (i.e. D365), email marketing and website/CMS platformsWorking knowledge of digital marketing, including email, web, social media, and SEOGreat attitude, can-do spirit, team player, adaptable
