This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling global SaaS organization, supporting a high-performing commercial team with the systems, insights, and operational structure needed to drive revenue growth. You will lead a growing team of Sales Operations professionals responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic sales decisions. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will shape forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales performance frameworks across a global business. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes across the lead-to-cash lifecycle while ensuring sales teams have the tools and structure to succeed. - Lead, mentor, and develop a growing Sales Operations team, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and continuous improvement
- Define and execute sales operations strategy by improving processes and translating data into actionable commercial insights
- Own reporting and dashboarding for sales leadership, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota performance tracking
- Partner with Sales Enablement to design, implement, and enforce global sales processes and ensure adoption across teams
- Act as a key operational liaison between Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support the lead-to-cash process
- Prioritize and manage operational initiatives while communicating progress and insights to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and data accuracy across sales operations systems and workflows
- Support the integration of AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and decision-making within sales operations
- Proven experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in an operational or analytical function
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including advanced reporting and dashboard creation
- Experience working within complex, multi-role sales organizations (e.g., SDR, AE, Account Management structures)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience in companies undergoing scaling or M&A activity is highly desirable
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker is a plus
