This is a high-impact, senior-level analytics leadership role focused on transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence across the organization. The position sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product, with ownership over data pipelines, modeling, and BI systems that power both internal decision-making and customer-facing insights. You will play a critical role in building a trusted, scalable data foundation that supports operational efficiency, revenue growth, and strategic planning. Reporting to senior leadership, this role offers strong visibility and influence across business functions. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-rich environments and enjoys solving complex data challenges. You will also contribute to the development of AI-enabled analytics workflows and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines integrating product, CRM, and external data sources to ensure reliable analytics access across the organization
- Own the end-to-end BI environment, including data modeling, transformation logic, and visualization frameworks used for reporting and decision-making
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support product strategy, customer outcomes, and revenue growth initiatives
- Define and enforce data governance, quality standards, and consistency practices to ensure trust in all analytical outputs
- Enable self-service analytics by building robust, well-structured data foundations for business users and leadership teams
- Develop AI-supported analytics workflows (e.g., sentiment analysis, pattern detection) to enhance strategic insights and decision-making
- Support executive and operational stakeholders in leveraging data for internal reporting, customer communications, and strategic storytelling
- 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI roles within SaaS or data-driven environments
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python, with proven ability to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models
- Hands-on experience with dbt in production environments, ideally managing complex data models
- Strong experience working with large, messy, real-world datasets and transforming them into structured insights
- Experience building dashboards and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
- Ability to translate data insights into clear business narratives that influence decision-making
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms
- Experience working with modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
- Competitive base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000
