Job duties:
Work fully remote, or hybrid schedule – your preference. Just need to be local to Philadelphia area for court appearances.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
