- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with full accountability for revenue, margin, and P&L outcomes.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities across channels, markets, and service offerings.
- Improve unit economics and marketplace efficiency through pricing, funnel optimization, and operational enhancements.
- Drive financial and strategic analyses to identify revenue expansion, cost optimization, and performance improvements.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to execute strategic initiatives and improve business performance.
- Build and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and KPI systems to support executive decision-making.
- Develop business cases for strategic investments, new markets, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor core business metrics, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
- Design and implement scalable operating systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analytical capabilities and operational speed.
- Mentor and develop high-performing operators as the function scales.
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, or high-growth tech environments.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial and operational impact.
- Deep understanding of P&L dynamics, including revenue drivers, cost structure, and unit economics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong structured thinking and business judgment.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with imperfect information.
- Experience building financial models, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across teams and lead through influence.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
