This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution, responsible for shaping how key business decisions are made and implemented across a fast-scaling organization. You will partner closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, and optimize end-to-end business performance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can move seamlessly from analyzing complex P&L dynamics to driving real operational change. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning pricing, growth strategy, unit economics, and operational efficiency. This is a highly visible position where your work directly influences revenue, margins, and long-term enterprise value. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and built for leaders who thrive in ownership-heavy roles.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with full accountability for revenue, margin, and P&L outcomes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities across channels, markets, and service offerings.
  • Improve unit economics and marketplace efficiency through pricing, funnel optimization, and operational enhancements.
  • Drive financial and strategic analyses to identify revenue expansion, cost optimization, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to execute strategic initiatives and improve business performance.
  • Build and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and KPI systems to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop business cases for strategic investments, new markets, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor core business metrics, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
  • Design and implement scalable operating systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analytical capabilities and operational speed.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing operators as the function scales.
Requirements:
  • 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial and operational impact.
  • Deep understanding of P&L dynamics, including revenue drivers, cost structure, and unit economics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong structured thinking and business judgment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with imperfect information.
  • Experience building financial models, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across teams and lead through influence.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
  • AI-native mindset with familiarity using modern automation and productivity tools.
  • Experience in digital marketplaces or growth-focused businesses is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to business impact.
  • Comprehensive health, medical, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support flexibility and balance.
  • Remote-first work environment with full geographic flexibility within the United States.
  • Learning and development stipend to support continuous growth.
  • Home office setup support and additional employee wellness perks.
  • Exposure to high-growth, high-ownership business operations with significant career acceleration potential.
